Studies and project management

Scope Australia’s skilled resources deliver a comprehensive range of study and project management solutions with the objective of maximising long-term productivity and profitability for our clients.  It is our role to enable our clients to realise the value in their asset and optimise outcomes for both greenfields and brownfields project opportunities.

We support our clients in the areas of detailed study and project management throughout the project development lifecycle and we align our dedicated team with client personnel, contractors and other key stakeholders. Typical study phases include:

  • Conceptual (or Scoping)
  • Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS)
  • Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)

As these study phases progress, the level of project definition increases through the development of more comprehensive technical and socio-economic analyses to ascertain (among other things), project viability, risk, capital and operating costs.

Our comprehensive range of study and project management services can be applied across a range of project types and elements including:

  • Strategic project planning and approvals
  • Studies (all phases)
  • Owners engineer/consultancy representation
  • Project management consultant (PMC) services
